Recreational Membership
Requirements:

• Maintain a status of ‘Member in Good Standing’
• Completion of a recognized NCCP Course or Exemption Card (email Jared@ontariofloorball.com)

• Personal Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance coverage
• Eligibility to participate in Floorball Canada sanctioned leagues and events (excluding Canadian Floorball League and International Floorball Federation events)
• Eligible to participate in Floorball Canada Annual General Meeting
• Receives official Floorball Canada e-newsletter and mailings

Cost:

• $15

Competitive Membership

Requirements:

• Maintain a status of ‘Member in Good Standing’

Benefits:

• Membership card
• Access to an individual online profile

• Eligibility to participate in Floorball Canada sanctioned leagues and events
• Eligible to participate in Floorball Canada Annual General Meeting

• Eligible to coach for competitive club in Canadian Floorball League and for Team Canada

Cost:

• $30 for total membership (or additional $15 if already a recreational referee member)
